POWAY, Calif. — Summit Software Solutions Inc was selected as a preferred provider of shop management and business process improvement software for the FIX Auto collision repair network.

According to Summit and FIX, this new partnership will enable existing FIX members to gain easier access to Summit’s shop management and business improvement technologies while Summit’s 500-plus customers will be given preferred access to the FIX Auto network benefits, such as local marketplace, Internet and insurance marketing programs, marketing analysis, business improvement consulting and CSI measurement. The preferred relationship also will lead to enhanced integration and connectivity between Summit and FIX technology offerings, the companies said.

“It is an honor to be selected as a preferred partner by one of the collision industry’s most respected and technologically advanced collision repair networks,” says Frank Terlep, Summit president and co-founder. “We have worked with FIX Auto since we launched Summit in 2001. Since then we have converted many FIX Auto members to a Summit technology platform.”

This new partnership will allow FIX members to benefit from Summit’s shop management solutions while existing and future Summit users will benefit from FIX’s Auto’s repair network solutions.”
