NORTHBROOK, Ill. – Michael Lloyd, chairman of the Collision Industry Electronic Commerce Association (CIECA) Board of Trustees, announced that Performance Claims (Gates Business Solutions) was appointed to the CIECA Board of Trustees during the January Board Meeting in Scottsdale, Ariz.

Paul Barry, CPCU will represent Performance Claims on the Board. He has spent the majority of his 25 years in the insurance industry focusing on insurance technology and process improvements. Barry, who was formerly the VP of Claims Operations for Safeco Insurance, is currently the VP of IT and Development for Performance Claims.

Barry says, “Performance Claims is excited to be a part of the CIECA Board. We have all come to appreciate the work CIECA has done in the past and there is so much more we can do in the future. Performance Claims is committed to supporting the mission of CIECA to bring standardization of electronic commerce to the Collision Repair Industry.”
