Safelite Solutions was appointed to the CIECA Board of Trustees during its May board meeting in Madison, Wis., according to Michael Lloyd, chairman of the CIECA board.

Kathy Goddard, a quality & assurance analyst for the Claims Management Division, will represent Safelite Solutions on the board. Goddard resides in Lewis Center, Ohio and attended Otterbein College. She has spent the last 17 years at Safelite focusing on claims management technology, system integrations and electronic billing programs.

“Safelite welcomes the opportunity to be a part of the CIECA Board,” says Goddard. “We are committed to a common goal of electronic communication within the industry. As part of that goal, we understand the advantage of having a uniform standard that is used to exchange of information independent of the platform and software used.”

Columbus, Ohio-based Safelite Solutions provides property and casualty claims management services to more than 100 insurance and fleet clients, including 19 of the top 30 U.S. property and casualty insurance companies. A subsidiary of Belron US, Safelite Solutions operates two national contact centers and manages a network of more than 10,500 claim fulfillment providers.
