COLUMBUS, Ohio — Safelite Solutions promoted three of its employees to strategic account manager positions nationwide.

Kent Henry of Louisville, Ky.; Howard Mabin of Northfield, Ohio; and Andrea Taylor of Colchester, Conn.; were recently promoted to strategic account managers and will be responsible for managing Safelite Solutions’ third-party claims administration strategic partner relationships with the insurance industry, which includes consulting clients on the management of their programs, maintaining and growing long-term relationships and improving policyholder satisfaction and retention.

Henry joined Safelite Solutions in 1986. He has served as sales representative, commercial sales manager, district manager, sales account manager, regional sales manager and national account manager in his more than 20 years with the company.

Mabin has more than 24 years of account management experience and joined Safelite Solutions in 2002. He was most recently a national account manager and was responsible for developing new accounts and building relationships with insurance companies that have existing vehicle glass programs with Safelite Solutions.

Taylor previously served as an account manager in Connecticut and was promoted to a regional sales manager in 1995. She has been a national account manager since 2001.

A subsidiary of Belron US, Safelite Solutions operates two national contact centers and manages a network of more than 10,000 claim fulfillment providers. Safelite provides property and casualty claims management services to more than 100 insurance and fleet clients, including 17 of the top 30 U.S. property and casualty insurance companies.
