POWAY, Calif. - Summit Software Solutions is introducing two shop management systems beginning at $99 per month. The systems, ASCENT and RPM shop management solutions, provide independent and dealership collision repair facilities with management controls, reporting, scheduling, and production management capabilities designed to help repairers increase profitability and cash flow while reducing costs, cycle time and much more.

Summit’s President Frank Terlep states, “Even though it has been 27 years since the first computerized shop management system was introduced to the collision repair industry, less than 25 percent of collision repair shops presently utilize one. This is an amazing statistic considering more than 75 percent of repairers use a computerized estimating system and almost every shop has one or more computers.”

Terlep added, “It has been proven that shops that use a computerized shop management system are more profitable, more organized, have better CSI and cycle time results. By offering collision repairers two shop management system options for less than $5 per day we hope that we can increase the number of shops using management systems which will help those shops operate better, faster and more profitably and help the entire industry improve CSI, cycle times, and profitability.”

 According to Summit Software, the ASCENT and RPM systems include:

* Free interface software with Audatex, CCC, and Mitchell estimating systems;

* Free Interface software for QuickBooks, Business Works, and Peachtree accounting software;
